Shipping, Sales and Other Interesting Info….

We love this – we have a new review app up and running – AND we’re giving discounts off future orders for any buyer who is kind enough to leave a product review (email info and link will follow c. 14 days after order sent) – woohoo!

And don’t forget – our maximum shipping costs just £6.28 (ex. NI, Highlands & Islands) so fill your baskets without worrying about large postage costs.

If your order is over £60 then the shipping is FREE.

PLUS all our parcels are sent via courier and tracked.

We process orders the day we receive them and couriers usually deliver within 3 days

Shipping is weight based and starts at £3.84 for UK mainland, and slightly more for Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland, it can be estimated anytime as you progress through an order.
Our MAXIMUM shipping for UK (ex NI, Highlands and Islands) is £6.28 regardless of order size.
Spend over £60 on an order and the shipping is FREE!
We normally use Royal Mail / Evri for smaller items and DPD / APC-Overnight for larger ones.
Delivery is usually 1 – 3 days.
Northern Ireland deliveries can sometimes take up to 4 working days but new post-Brexit protocols seem to be speeding things up a little. We continue to monitor deliveries.
Please note orders involving multiple items may arrive in more than one parcel.


Please note that fragile or bulky items may be put in a higher bracket than their actual weight so they can be sent with more packaging.

We ship all orders within 1 working day (the same working day if the order is received before noon), except for Christmas – it can take a day or two longer at this time. We do add extra staff to packing and posting at this time of year but we ask that you submit orders early as it’s also likely that the shipping services will also be stretched. We post delivery cut-off dates nearer the time.

We do NOT include any paperwork in the parcel – no invoice, no pricing, nada (we’re aiming to be as eco-friendly as we can) – so you can send parcels to friends and family without having to worry about them knowing how much you spent!

If you need copies of order details you’ll need to open an account with us (simple and quick online auto-registration) BEFORE you place an order, and then you can download copies of orders, etc from within your account.

Our Mission Statement is to sell good quality giftware and provide a safe and enjoyable online shopping experience – we use well known payment processors so you may be comfortable with making online payments. You can either pay via your account or checkout as a guest using credit/debit cards without needing to open an account. The same applies to our website – you can open an account and sign up to our newsletter as you wish, or make purchases as a guest.
