Shipping Costs

At the moment we deliver to Great Britain mainland - England, Scotland and Wales. Once Brexit problems/paperwork are streamlined we will add back more countries.

Please note orders involving multiple items may arrive in more than one parcel.

DELIVERY
We normally use Royal Mail / Whistl for smaller items and DPD / APC-Overnight for larger ones.
Delivery is usually 1 - 3 working days for courier deliveries and 1 - 4 days for Royal Mail Small Parcel.
Shipping is weight-based and costs:-
£0 - £3.72 for Small Parcel,
£5.68+ for Courier deliveries
Personalised items usually have a 'lead time' ie an allowance time to carry out the work - they will be sent separately and will not delay the rest of the order.
FREE - Spend over £200 and the shipping is free!

BFPO - We do not ship to Post Office box numbers.

EU & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately, Brexit regulations have impacted our international deliveries and we are not shipping outwith Great Britain at the moment. This situation is under review.

PERSONALISED ITEMS

Personalised items are NOT at the moment being shipped internationally. This is due to the various regulation problems arising from Brexit - this situation is also under review.

Only items that state in the description that they CAN be personalised are available for this service - all other items are NOT offered with personalisation.

Please note that fragile or bulky items may be put in a higher bracket than their actual weight so that they can be sent with more packaging or with a courier service.

We aim to ship all orders within 1 working day, except for Christmas - it can take a day or two longer at this time. We do add extra staff to packing and posting at this time of year but we ask that you submit orders early as it's also likely that the shipping services will also be stretched. We post delivery cut-off dates nearer the time.

We do NOT include any paperwork in the parcel - no invoice, no pricing, nada (we're aiming to be as eco-friendly as we can) - so you can send parcels to friends and family without having to worry about them knowing how much (little?) you spent! 
If you want copies of invoices you'll need to open an account with us (simple and quick online auto-registration) BEFORE you place an order, and then you can download copies of invoices from within your account.

Our Mission Statement is to sell good quality giftware and provide a safe and enjoyable online shopping experience - we use well known payment processors so you may be comfortable with making online payments. You can either pay via your account or checkout as a guest using credit/debit cards without needing to open an account. The same applies to our website - you can open an account and sign up to our newsletter as you wish, or make purchases as a guest.
